What responsibility does a school have to ...
1. Notice that a kid has a rash that turns out to be something like chickenpox
2. Notify parents that a student has been at school with a contagious disease
3. Determine when a kid is healthy enough to return (require a doctor's note)
What level are these policies set at?: School, district, state? And do they apply to private schools as well as public?
